Operations Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Operations Lead to oversee and strengthen our daily operations.

About the Job:

​

Leh We Talk is a youth and woman led mental health charity based in Freetown, Sierra Leone. We work with young people (10–24) to create safe, community led spaces to improve mental health wellbeing.

We are seeking a strategic and professional  Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate teams, and strengthen internal systems.

This role is fully remote and critical to ensuring operational efficiency while enabling the organization to scale its impact.

Key Responsibilities:

​

• Oversee daily organizational operations and ensure efficient workflows.

​

• Coordinate internal teams to support program and project execution.

• Develop and improve operational systems, policies, and procedures.

• Support grant management, reporting, and project implementation.

• Track organizational performance and ensure timely delivery of goals.

• Manage administrative processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, project coordination, or administrative management (remote experience is a plus).

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience using digital collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana, Google Workspace).

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and support a remote team effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to improve operational processes.
